Every one of us faces stress . Some people express it and others suppress the stress but we need to get specific to deal with the root of it . Studies have shown that stress is a silent killer to health . However you and I have a choice on how we react and deal with stress. The one way to deal with high stresses is to determine the type of stress you are facings and work on your personal growth plan to overcome it.
How do I start my Stress Assess Coaching Session ?
File out the Intake form thoroughly and consent to coaching session .( please note we do not diagnosis. If you have a serious medical or mental health condition we ask to please be specific on your intake form and consult with your medical doctor ).

Process of Stress Assess Coaching Session
I will share a warm welcome with you on Phone or video session. I ask you a series of questions that covers a wide range of specific stresses that we all face in life . Once we assess your level of stress we then can begin the coaching process to help you gain momentum and help you grow in discipline . I do encourage that you get yourself on a coaching plan to help you stay focused in healthy choices of successful growth!
Important requests prior to Stress Assess Coaching Session
- Whether we are on conference video or phone call I ask that you be in a quiet space with NO distractions .
- Please have no cell phones in your session, unless it is an emergency.
- Come excited to grow and prevent further stresses in your life
- Please be intentional for your personal growth . Writes notes in your journal and share what you are learning with others you trust .
Please note that a 48 hour Cancellation policy is requested . I value your understanding of scheduled time. I am excite to add value to your personal growth and help you live with less stress .
